Shipping Guarantee

ModaQueen guarantees that all completed orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days once we charge your credit card. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received before 11:00am PST will be processed the same day. Orders after 11:00am PST will be processed the next day. If an order is placed on Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday, processing will begin the next business day.
Please note that overnight delivery on credit card orders for in-stock merchandise processed on Friday or the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
At checkout simply select the shipping service of your preference to receive current rates and delivery time.
After your order has been shipped, you may track your package online. You will be emailed a link to view the order's updated status. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update.
