Returns ModaQueen.com offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we simply ask our customers to return the unused merchandise back to ModaQueen within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States. For international orders, the exchange fee is based on the value and weight of the item.

Refunds A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The refund will be issued within 48 hours after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take up to 7 days for the credit to post on your account. The 10% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanges. Shipping Fees are not refundable. If the returned item does not arrive in its original condition with all paperwork, dustbags, and/or boxes, it might be returned back to you, or an additional restocking fee will be applied. All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition. If for some reason, you feel that you received a defective item, you may send it back to us, and we will exchange it with a new item. If you do not wish to exchange, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
