ModaQueen guarantees customer satisfaction, and makes the Return and Exchange Process extremely easy.

Returns

ModaQueen.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we simply ask our customers to return the unused merchandise back to ModaQueen within 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States.

For international orders, the exchange fee is based on the value and weight of the item.

Refunds

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Simply return your purchase within 7 days from the delivery day to receive a FULL REFUND to your account. If the return is received after the 7th day, a 10% restocking fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied on all returns (not exchanges). Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. In the event of an undeliverable or refused package, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return including the restocking fee if the package reaches us after the 7th day.

The refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it might take up one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account. .

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition. If for some reason, you feel that you received a defective, or the wrong item, you may send it back to us, and we will exchange it with a new or correct item. If you do not wish to exchange, the normal return policy will be applied.
