We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages; we recommend to insure the package for the full value. Customers are responsible for returned shipping and handling fees.
All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. The processing fee for exchanges is $15.
For international orders, we do not accept Exchange requests. International customers can return their purchase, and submit a new order.
